About Me
Thanks for looking at the website, as you are in the “about me” I will share a bit about myself.
I am a mum of 2 wonderful children, wife, Positivity coach, NLP practitioner and Chartered Physiotherapist. My vision for this year is to touch 1,000 lives with happiness. I know it’s a tall order but, I want to help 1,000 people help themselves to a happier life. If you’re going to DREAM , you may as well dream BIG!
Beliefs I believe life should be fun and as you only get one you should make it absolutely BRILLIANT. It’s full of possibilities if you want them, not saying it’s going to be easy but you’ll have a great time finding out.
Likes Chocolate, Cuddles and Cake
Dislikes Brussel Sprouts and people who spit in the street Yeuch!
Unusual facts I can still do the splits despite advancing years and I am allergic to alcohol ( I like to be different!)
Pets One adorable chocolate Labrador called Marley. They say your choice of dog says a lot about you…mine is all about the love, all about food , likes to play or sleep ( it’s an either or with him, no middle ground) and is a little bit mischievous .. sometimes he likes to play by his own rules. Rather similar to me ! We also own 2 hamsters, Snowy is a bit of an acrobat and likes to bite and Cuddles is an escape artist but good listener.
Top 5 Strengths Curiosity…I am definitely life curious. Honest…honesty, genuineness and authenticity are very important to me. Persistence…I’m not a big risk taker but little by little I’ll get it done, (more the tortoise than the hare). Organized… I do like a plan, it keeps it simple. Reliability…I do what I say I will and am always on time!
Things I could do better Eat cake and chocolate a little less, just ‘be’ I’m not so good at staying still except when sleeping! This one is definitely a work in progress.
